In November, Think Incentive welcomed two groups of 200 people in NYC. A 5-day program has been specially designed for the participants. Staying at the heart of the bustling Times Square, the group is transferred upon arrival to a historic building near Central Park for a musical welcome dinner.
To enjoy NYC's architecture, nothing better than going up : the participants enjoyed a variety of views, from the Hudson River on a private lunch cruise, a guided tour of the Highline and enjoying the view from the Top of the Rock.
Sport and entertainment were a big part of the trip too : the participants had the chance to attend a unique performance of percussion and visual comedy and an NBA game.
The stay ended on a rooftop, with a cocktail on the roof with illuminated igloo cabins and a private dinner for an award ceremony with a humorist.
At the beginning of September, the Think Incentive team welcomed a group of 30 people who came to discover Quebec.
The best resellers of the company were rewarded with a trip between Montreal and Sacacomie. During this trip they had the chance to live many wonderful experiences such as an “into the wild” night, with a trapper and some good old music from quebec… the whole group was amazed by those authentic activities.
Being back in Montreal, the group went to see a football game and what is better than the perfect fan kit to get in the mood? They also had the opportunity to sightsee the city in nice vintage cars: the Think Incentive team had a wonderful idea for this one, the group did not go unnoticed!
Of course the montrealer experience would not be complete without a chic gathering, limo transportation and a nice axe-throwing session.
Ontario is full of secret beauties. Which is exactly why we went out there, looking for some hidden treasures just for you! Why not try some high-end ‘glamping’ in a well-preserved wilderness? This is a sort of top quality ready-to-camp setting, with all the comfort you may ask for, while still letting you feel the wilderness surrounding you. You’ll go to sleep in a deep elegant bed only to wake up for breakfast in front of a small lake. It is the perfect spot to enjoy some peace and quiet while enjoying some high standards accommodation. We’ve also thought about an unusual activity for the rest of your trip in the region: a visit of the local vineyards on a bike! An original wine tasting that will surely thrill your wine connoisseurs.
Located in Ontario, easily reachable from Toronto airport, the Algonquin Park is the perfect setting for extraordinary Incentives. To reach their resort, your clients will fly over Ontario on a seaplane then get on board small boats that will take them to their own little piece of paradise! First off: what about a floating sauna? A real marvel! The idea is to disconnect, taking the time to think about oneself. No Wi-Fi in the middle of the park that means rediscovering the meaning of wildlife from lakes to forests. Away from civilization, they’ll have to paddle to a private island to get their breakfast. That’s something!
Think was on the field for the inauguration of three new EWOWS suites in Montreal, recently transformed by a renowned architect! The W is located in the heart of the Quartier International, in the Bank of Canada’s building, and is well known for its high-class services. The inauguration was thus everything we hoped it would be with a very festive event! What’s on the menu you ask? Free massage, DJ, and a bar serving foie gras or goat cheese ice creams: that really was a delight.
Be sure to contact us to include this into your Incentive

Have you ever heard the saying: it all depends on the point of view? Well this is certainly true when it comes to discovering Montréal. So if you want your clients to have some space and give them something a little different from the usual down-to-earth attitude, there’s nothing like a helicopter tour!
Two circuits are available to see the city from the skies. they'll see the Jacques Cartier Bridge stretching across the Saint Laurent, the Olympic stadium raising its arm to the clouds… What is this shining bubble over there? That’s the famous Biosphère! The solemn silhouettes of the buildings in the business district and the tight streets of old town will all be within reach ; the Saint Joseph Oratory, not as devout as you may think, will mark the southern end of their tour. Going back up, they'll pass over the beautiful Mont Royal Park and thus have the best view over the best view point of the city! Be sure to ask more details to our team.
The menu of Chef’s Table is a true homage to the flavors of today's local products. Once our meal choice was made, the menu itself actually turned out to be eatable. Served with a little sugary dressing, this delightful dinner became a secret message that one must hide in his belly. Followed by a tasty appetizer in the form of a one-of-kind dumpling.
We then had a good time with the veal fillet with a red wine sauce topped by a mushroom biscuit, mashed Jerusalem artichokes and fried maitake. For those of you who do not eat meat, there were some delicious squash gnocchi as well.
The evening ended on a work of art on parchment to share with others. There were a mix of little square cheese cakes, chocolate lines, Sea Buckthorn sorbets topped with maple syrup and berries molecular-style.
The Chef’s Table will seduce you for an incentive. Contact us for more information !

Our last group on a field trip had the chance to discover the many specialties of Quebec’s gastronomy: smoked meat sandwich in Montréal, braised elk with pudding around the bonfire of a Tipi, a onions-and-cranberries Chutney with some Labrador tea and salmon gravlax in a typical Speakeasy of Old town Montréal, organic Charlevoix chicken in Quebec city, and candy-like appetizers made of crabs from Gaspésie on the last evening…
Québec has so much to offer you!
The W Hotel has recently reopened its NOM NOM restaurant in old town Montréal with a brand new design. Naturally, our team was there to try things out and test the quality of this renowned establishment! The decor is the first surprising thing you notice upon entering: dim lights, a calm atmosphere and a ceiling covered in cloth! The food is as generous as it is delicious, and we cannot recommend enough that you try it yourself!
Will this become the next must-do of Montréal?
How about an Incentive combining cowboys and beaches?
Your members will enjoy the peace and quiet of a western experience a few hours away from Miami’s Airport during this five nights long trip in Florida. We definitely have a soft spot for the luxury tipi accommodation. What you will experience in that special place differs greatly from what we have come to expect from Florida! We’re talking trapshooting, team-building on horseback, ranch roping, and a real rodeo! The trip will end on a beach, at the South Beach Hotel, with Jet Ski, speedboats and of course: sunbathing.

We always put the fore on integrating our groups into local cultures, and this time was about stepping in the shoes of a woodcutter: Our participants enjoyed a typical quebecois evening in a wooden cabin in the middle of nowhere. Dressed up in their finest shirts, they enjoyed a good old fashioned cheese fondue sitting around the fire, accompanied by a folk singer! This joyful evening ended over a great fire where they ate marshmallows and maple candies : yummy
Picture this: an unexpected day in the middle of your incentive trip through Western Canada, starting with a Tesla car rally from Vancouver through wonderful roads, to the edge of a glacier. From there, a helicopter will take you over the clouds! It is up there, on the glacier with a breathtaking view that you will enjoy a nice meal and sparkling wine. Everything necessary to your comfort will be provided, and guess what? The chairs and tables are brought up by helicopters as well. Surprising, isn’t?
Our personal A-team, Margaux and Mauranne, have once again experienced snowmobile with our suppliers: the perfect opportunity to enjoy an iconic activity of winter in Quebec! Adrenaline and contemplation are guaranteed. Cold won’t even be much of a problem thanks to the specialized outfits available on site and the heated handgrips of the snowmobiles: because life is beautiful even by minus 33.
Think tested it for you: a hockey game featuring the Canadians at Center Bell!
It is with great excitement that our group went to support Quebec’s national team at Center Bell in Montréal’s inner city. Picture this: as soon as you enter the arena you just don’t know where to look ; giant screens, shining lights, loud music, the smell of junk food, kiss cams… A true American show! Once the game begins you will find yourself looking for breakaways, you will feel the tension rising when players get to fist fights and you will cheer your team with all your heart… Suspense, emotion, a real show: perfect for an incentive group looking for an unforgettable evening.

Our Think Incentive Director, Léa, went out in Western Canada looking for the very best of places and activities to organize your unforgettable incentive. This includes a gala evening under a tent in the middle of the Rockies, a boat rally in Horseshoe Bay a few minutes away from Vancouver, a night in a luxury hotel on the banks of Lake Louise or in the center of Banff, or a bucolic evening in a Glamping resort offering you an immersive experience unlike any other.
Now who will be the next lucky ones ?
Last September, Think Incentive organized a trip to Quebec for 43 employees from the food Industry. First stop Mauricie: where they were introduced to the vastness of the Canadian wilderness by rolling paths inaccessible to anything but buggies, and also by observing the forests and lakes from above on a seaplane. But this intense program was not over just yet! They thus had the opportunity to try archery and axe throwing. After this great immersion, they reached Montreal to end their trip on a more urban and trendy note with a brunch in the well-known Plateau neighborhood. For one afternoon, they also became full-on hockey champions: with their very own personal jerseys, they had a training session with a coach from the team of Montreal: the Canadians !
In the beginning of August, our entire team met for some drinks under Montréal’s beautiful sun. This event turned out to be a bit of a fairground for the 100 employees of Toundra Group, of which Incentive is a part of. The set was great, there were giant wooden games like beer pong, and the campus Mil garden was filled with hotdogs, Pretzels and popcorns. All thanks to a creative and unusual presentation. Think Incentive blew everyone’s mind with its creativity and its tremendous capacity to organize a great party at a moment’s notice.
A Parisian newspaper had contacted our team to organize an Incentive in New-York city. Among the 20 participants, 9 chose to make the best of this incentive trip by going for a golf session on the green fields of New-York’s golf course. The rest of them went on a walk through the trendy neighborhoods of the Big Apple like Dumbo and Brooklyn. After taking a few steps on its famous bridge, the team went on to visit the Guggenheim Museum and the New York Times offices and cycling around Central Park. But above all else, the participants really enjoyed their first evening on a rooftop for cocktails and diner, and their jazz session at the Lincoln Center, with its astonishing view of the skyline.
A corporative trip for 11 telecom salesmen under Florida’s big blue sky in the lively city of Orlando.
Although this event took place during the INFOCOMM show, the participants got the chance to taste the warmth the Sunshine State, and enjoy the city and its many activities. Including: a visit of the Kennedy Space Center followed an exclusive meeting with a former astronaut, lunches in trendy restaurants and one day in Universal Orlando Resort Park.
In its dedicated segment for Quebec from the spring 2017 issue, this highly specialized incentive magazine devoted 10 pages to the presentation of Montréal, Québec-city and Laurentides. This includes an overview of those regions, a selection of accommodations and activities and naturally the companies to plan and organize your incentive trip. A very nice way indeed to remind that Think Incentive does not only take care of all your business events in Québec, but also throughout Northern America.
13 managers from a big ready-made clothes Company chose the Big Apple for their corporative trip. This included a private tour of the MOMA before opening hours, a visit of Williamsburg and Brooklyn, and even a guided tour of the High Line. This was a trip of both professional meetings and original activities like a manicure session for the ladies or a traditional barbershop for gents, or even a surprise Hip-Hop dancing show right in the heart of Central Park. This incentive was also about innovation and environment, so the group went for a bike ride through the Storm King Art Center : a sculpture park outside of New-York city. Finally, they also enjoyed a vegetarian lunch on the top of the Brooklyn Grange Farm.
45 guests from a club of professionals from the hardware and furniture Industry chose Montreal and Montebello as destination for their six-day long seminar.
In Montreal the participants got the chance to visit its botanic garden, to try out virtual reality at the SAT (Society of technological arts) and to take part in a circus initiation before heading for Montebello.
It is there, 100 kilometers away from Montreal that they truly realized the grandeur of our beautiful state thanks to a water/air/earth Nature rally combining a quad excursion, a boat and canoe excursion on the Papineau Lake followed a seaplane ride. The trip ended in a room of Château Montebello with a vintage circus evening: black and white suits only, with straps and Boa as accessories.
40 winners of a pharmaceutical company’s contest enjoyed a nice five-day long trip In Las Vegas.
There is no shortage of activities in Sin city: helicopter tour, buggy driving, rafting, or even a visit of the Indian reservation of Hualapai. To conclude this tour of the American West with style, the group enjoyed a representation of the well-known Cirque du Soleil.
Last March, more than 100 employees joyfully faced the Canadian snow in Quebec. Their Company, specialized in the distribution of car parts, desired a corporative trip heavily focused on immersion in Quebec. Think Incentive accepted the challenge, and prepared a most tempting program: Snowshoes walk, Snowmobile raids in Lac Taureau regional Park, meeting with a true Quebec trapper and a tour of an authentic sugar shack. Those typical winter activities from Quebec were followed by a true Western evening, with a country music live concert.
After three days of immersion in Quebec Wilderness, the entire group reached the great city of Montreal for a discovery day ; shopping, strolling in Mont-Royal Park, and a tasting of the famous smoked meat sandwich.
To experience winter in Quebec is really something to remember! Apart from the many different activities available at this magical time of the year, Montréal, Quebec-city and Sacacomie definitely had a few surprises for the 47 participants the February incentive.
This trip had them jump straight into the action with an almost complete tour of Montreal, followed by some well-earned relaxation time at Bota Bota Spa and its amazing view of the city. But winter in Quebec also means trying out typical Nordic activities. Our guests thus had the opportunity to try out dog sledding, snowshoes and snowmobile, always in the company of experienced tour guides. Finally, Think Incentive’s team made sure this team building experience was unforgettable by adding exceptional moments: a jazz session, cocktails in an icy bar and native lunch under a tipi.
Last February, 15 associates from a software company specialized in the distribution of electronic parts found themselves in Las Vegas for a grand evening with the circus as its theme. After being properly welcomed by their tour guide, the group headed for the great hall of the MGM Grand on the famous Strip of Vegas.
At 19 on the dot, lights go out; the show is about to begin as participants can appreciate the wonderful figures displayed by the artists of le Cirque du Soleil. Two hours later, the lights are turned on. As you rub your eyes now filled with stars, the group is moved by van to the «L’Auréole » restaurant where a delicious meal awaits them as the perfect way to conclude the evening.
Another successful mission for Think Incentive !
When a reward trip in the heart of the gigantic city of New York was asked for, Think Incentive immediately rose up to the challenge. On the 9th of last February, 6 employees of an insurance company flew away to the Big Apple. With their eyes wide open and still a bit shocked by the sheer size of the city, they set forth on a visit of Brooklyn and Lower Manhattan accompanied by a tour guide.
Dinner on a rooftop, then up to the Top of rock observation deck, a flyover of the city on a helicopter or even a basketball game at the Madison Square Garden: Think Incentive team really managed to offer them a very appealing program. But at the end of their stay, there is no doubt about it : to have a training boxe session with Hector Roca, coach of Hilary Swank from Million Dollar Baby, will remain as the very best of memories.
Live the best of winter in Quebec! This is what Think Incentive proposed to a group of 40 people working for a large distribution company.
Once they arrived at the airport, they were transferred to the Hotel Sacacomie, in the Mauricie region, where they were welcomed by a cocktail at an ice bar! Throughout the trip they experienced all that winter has to offer: dogsledding, hydra-skiing, snowmobiling, riding in a buggy, going to the spa… and of course tasting the local fare such as microbrews and sugar shack specialties. Back in Montreal, the group was given an exciting welcome by the city’s famous hockey team, Les Canadiens. Each participant had a personalized locker complete with equipment, a training session animated by cheerleaders, and of course, a beer after the game. On their last day the group enjoyed a guided tour of the city complete with a gourmet snack at the top of Mount Royal Park. The day ended with free time to explore the city and shop for final souvenirs.
Don’t let appearances fool you. The Speakeasy is a secretive place, its simple and inconspicuous entry way meant entice. What could be hiding behind those closed doors? We enter into a modest, all white room with minimalist decorations where a host takes our coats. Opening a refrigerator door we’re greeted by a “Welcome to the Speakeasy”.
Walking through we’re immediately taken back to the Prohibition era: A well-stocked cocktail bar to the right, a long low-light room just in front, all perfectly decorated in Roaring Twenties style. In addition to the décor, the cuisine does not disappoint. The chef serves up a varietal and personalized menu with food inspired by all four corners of the earth. At Think, this restaurant was unanimously a favorite, and we invite you to discover its secrets.
A group of international Directors from the auto industry – hailing from France, Germany, Italy, and Mexico – gathered in New Orleans for a seminar.

One of the highlights included the Icefields Parkway, one of the most beautiful and unforgettable routes in the world. We began with a Snowcoach excursion across the Athabasca Glacier with a photo-opp stop at Moraine Lake. The incredible turquoise blue water and surrounding mountain peaks left our guests in awe! The day continued with fishing on the Campbell River, a wildlife tour on Vancouver Island, and finally a dinner in Vancouver with a panoramic view of the city. This past November we organized an incentive trip with 55 insurance brokers in Miami. This incredible itinerary was intertwined with a wide variety of activities! Participants took a bike tour and enjoyed ice cream stop in Wynnwood, a neighborhood made famous for its graffiti, followed by a full day at seas on a privatized catamaran (complete with jet-skis of course!)
On day three we rode in style through Miami Beach in convertible Mustangs, ending with an American style BBQ on a dreamlike beach, just 30 minutes from South Beach. The trip ended with a slam dunk at Flamingo Park where a former NBA star taught participants to play basketball, complete with cheerleaders on the sidelines! Welcome to Miami!
Six members from the insurance business spent 4 days living the “American Dream” this past February.
On their first night they enjoyed a spectacular view of this enormous city while enjoying a rooftop dinner! The entire trip was full of surprises: a pizza cooking class in Little Italy, ice skating in Central Park (just like in the movies!), a beautiful sunset seen from the Top of the Rock, an exciting NBA basketball game at Madison Square Garden, a scenic helicopter flight over Manhattan, a boxing class with Hector Roca who trained Hilary Swank for the movie Million Dollar Baby (among other professional champions!), a Gospel Mass in Harlem, and free time to do some New York City shopping. An incredible, adrenaline-pumping trip to explore, eat, and learn about the Big Apple. The ultimate American Dream!
This past June, we welcomed 70 representatives from the gas industry for some fun in the sun! After experiencing a taste of Montreal's summer festivities the group headed to Mauricie to live like trappers, learning how to shoot a bow and arrow and throw and axe. They flew over beautiful lakes and forests in a hydroplane and enjoyed a relaxing excursion at the incredible Hotel Sacacomie Spa. The second half of the trip took the group to Quebec where they tasted the local cuisine including fare from the bison farm, products from Orleans Island (from a winery, a cassis maker, and a cider house), and from a famous Sugar Shack where syrup is king. Not to forget, of course, a visit to Quebec City, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Our guests were able to shop for souvenirs before flying back to France, a little token by which to remember this incredible experience!

After lunch, enjoy a guided tour of the plantation.

Did you know that a replica of the Vatican’s Saint-Peter’s Basilica exists in downtown Montreal?
It’s true! A smaller-scaled replica of one of the most famous catholic churches in the world, and third largest Basilica in Quebec, is located right in the heart of Montreal’s modern downtown: the Marie Reine du Monde et Saint-Jacques le Majeur.
The church was erected in 1894 by Mgr. Bourget, Montreal’s second Bishop. Today, Montreal’s archdiocese is headquartered at the Marie Reine du Monde and the church recognized as a Canadian National Historic Site.
Today, Montrealers and tourists alike stand in awe of the great architectural contrast between this ancient church and the surrounding modern skyscrapers.
